How many litres of liquid can your mats hold?
Our mats are tested for heavy absorbency and can hold up to 2L of liquid.
Are your mats 100% waterproof?
Yes absolutely! The mats are 100% waterproof and tested for heavy absorbency and can hold up to 2 Litres of liquid.
Are the waterproof mats for pets?
Absolutely, for people young and old as well as small pets.
What are washing instructions of waterproof mats
It is advisable to wash prior to use. Warm or cold machine wash is ideal. For drying, line dry or tumble dry on low heat setting is preferred.
How long will it take to receive my order
We are located in Auckland New Zealand and will ship all products via a NZ Courier Service. This should take between 3-5 days delivery within the main areas of New Zealand. All packages will have a tracking number.

Cancellation, exchange or refund
For all exchanges or refunds, the items must be unused and still in their original packaging unopened with seals intact. We cannot exchange or refund any items that do not meet this requirement. Please note for an exchange, shipping costs would be your responsibility.
If we have sent you the wrong product being the colour or size, we will replace this at no extra cost to you, including postage where needed.

Products on sale or clearance
Sale and or clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless it is faulty or damaged. If faulty or damaged, we will replace this and cover all postage where needed.
Damaged or faulty
If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged, we will replace this and cover all postage where needed as per the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and you can process your payment securely through VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay.
Unfortunately we do not offer Afterpay. We also accept bank deposit and for this option, please contact info@dignitesupplies.co.nz.
Shipping / Delivery
We are grateful for your order, so we endeavour to pack and send to you as soon as possible. Shipping should take approximately 3-5 days within New Zealand, noting that rural areas may take a little longer. All packages will have a tracking number. For all queries please contact info@dignitesupplies.co.nz. At this time, we are an online service only.
Orders over NZ$125.00 will be shipped to you free.
